Eligibility Criteria for SSC GD Physical 2025
- Education: 10th Pass from any recognized board in India or equivalent.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 23 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per SSC rules.
Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements
Height:
- General, SC & OBC (Male): 170 cm | Female: 157 cm
- ST (Male): 162.5 cm | Female: 150 cm
- Special Categories (Garhwalis, Kumaonis, etc.): Slight relaxations apply
Chest (Male Only):
- General, SC & OBC: 80 cm (Minimum) with 5 cm expansion
- ST: 76 cm with 5 cm expansion

- Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes
Ladakh Region:

- Basic Pay: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100
- Grade Pay: ₹2,000
